Will Richter was born in New York City and lived his formative years in the Chelsea Hotel. At the age of ten his family relocated to Los Angeles, CA where he has since resided. Richter attended Los Angeles City College for Cinema Production and Photography. He currently works out of both Los Angeles and New York City.
